Shipment
Shipments made by VERDELLIBOUTIQUE are made by express courier to the costs indicated on the CART (shipping and return are free if the purchase is at least € 100 and destination in EU) and are shipped from Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 6.00pm. Shipments related to orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Shipments for orders less than € 100 and destination in EU have a cost of € 9. For non-European shipments the cost is calculated automatically when the destination is inserted. For non-European shipments VERDELLIBOUTIQUE reserves the right to confirm the order after shipment verification. At the time of shipment an email will be sent to the email address specified by the customer, containing the order data. To trace the product, the shipping number to be entered on the company's website providing the transport service will be indicated.

All orders placed on VERDELLIBOUTIQUE.IT will be accompanied to the delivery by official invoice declaring the value of individual items in Euro, as per laws governing trade.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The delivery time of the goods in Italy is 1-2 days, while for the Islands a longer time is expected. Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is required to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. VERDELLIBOUTIQUE packs are carefully packed with adhesive tape, placed around the package. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to immediately report the incident to the local GLS office and to contact VERDELLIBOUTIQUE at info@verdelliboutique.it . If for any reason the shipment fails to be delivered successfully to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer from VERDELLIBOUTIQUE. Please note that all customers who place an order establish a business relationship with VERDELLIBOUTIQUE and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package: if for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender at the time of delivery , any shipping costs charged to VERDELLIBOUTIQUE.IT will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The garment must be tested without removing the tag and without tampering with it. The return will be accepted only with the card perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with thread or, in the case of footwear and accessories, a box that must be intact as on delivery. No returns will be accepted with the card cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (envelopes, hangers, clothes covers, boxes, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by VERDELLIBOUTIQUE, it is required to follow the same instructions below.
All returned items are inspected by VERDELLIBOUTIQUE and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. VERDELLIBOUTIQUE reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided by its returned policy.
RETURNS
Pursuant to art. of the legislative decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by the D.Leg. 21.02.14 n ° 21 (the "Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without indicating the reasons and without any penalty, within 14 days from receipt of the purchased Product.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated, acquires the physical possession of the last good. Before activating the return procedure, the customer must ensure that the items are in the same condition in which they received them, including labels, packaging and original accessories (clothes covers, hangers, boxes, etc.).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN:
1. To activate the return procedure, the customer must contact VERDELLIBOUTIQUE at +39 045 755 0193, or send an email to info@verdelliboutique.it within 14 days of receiving the order. When filling in the email, the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation must be specified: change of size / color or refund. Once the return request has been received, VERDELLIBOUTIQUE will send an email confirming the activation of the procedure.
2. In the return mode made for size change or color change: you can change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different article.
3. Return method for reimbursement: the crediting will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 14 days from the date of reimbursement. This timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. It is possible to request reimbursement of the amount spent when buying the item (for example, if the item was purchased during a promotional period, the amount reimbursed will be the one related to the promotion and not the list price).
4. The return of the items must be received at the VERDELLIBOUTIQUE headquarters within 14 days from the written confirmation of the activation of the return procedure to the Customer by the same. RETURNS FROM ITALY and EUROPE
5. The return must be made by GLS express courier in case of theft or loss during shipment. The return is free for a purchase of at least € 100.
6. VERDELLIBOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated. In the event that the customer decides to choose a different courier, the costs of return and any theft or loss will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
EXTRAEUROPE RETURNS
7. The return must be made by GLS express courier.
8. The cost of the return is charged to VERDELLIBOUTIQUE if the purchase is equal to or greater than € 100.
9. VERDELLIBOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated. In the event that the customer decides to choose a different courier, the costs of return and any theft or loss will be the sole responsibility of the customer. It is possible to request the return of the same product only once. In the event that the customer should make a second return request for the same order, the same must be organized by the customer using GLS express courier and will be at his charge.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
The promotional codes allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on VERDELLIBOUTIQUE.IT. The PROMOTION CODE box is displayed on the first page of the cart: once you have placed the items in the cart, enter your code in the PROMOTION CODE box and click on APPLY PROMOTIONAL CODE: the discount will be calculated automatically.

JURISDICTION
In the case of consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, the Court of Verona will have jurisdiction.
